How do I get a reading? Choose the psychic you feel a connection with and click on their call box.
Can I choose any psychic I wish? Of course you can, and if they aren't available, you can email them from their call box and request a specific time to talk.
What is the cost and how do I pay? Each psychic has their own rate set on their call box. Payments are taken through PayPal.
How does the call system work? Click
the call box of the adviser you wish to speak with. The call system
(Premium Talk) will then take you to their secure site to authorize
payment through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to make the call).

Once authorization is complete, the system will call you back from a toll-free 800 number and
connect you with your psychic. There are no phone call charges! You are not charged by PayPal until you press the
start meter button on the call box.
PAYPAL ONLY CHARGES YOU FOR THE MINUTES YOU USE, NOT THE PRE-AUTHORIZED AMOUNT.
An authorization means there is a check to see if that amount of money is available in your paypal account or credit/debit card. The money is held only until the end of the call and then only the FINAL amount is charged.
Example
Rate per minute $4.00 length of call set to 15 minutes= $60.00 authorization hold
end of call-authorized funds released and actual call length charged-
10 minutes= final charge $40.00
The pre-authorized amount is set for a 15 minute reading at each psychics individual rate and posted on their call box.
If you need more time with a psychic you will have to call right back after the first call and reconnect.
Can I get a refund?
We are proven psychics that strive to offer the best psychic readings
on the net. We did the job and expect to be paid, just as any other
professional would require. However, we understand that on "occasion"
there might not be a good psychic connection between the psychic and
client. Since, we do value your satisfaction with our services we "can" give a refund; if warranted. Contact support and we will make it right! PayPal does NOT GIVE refunds or allow charge-backs on our services. We have to initiate such action.
The call won't go through, what is wrong?
You may not have enough money on your credit/debit card or PayPal
account. We do not handle the billing on your account, we do not have
that information and cannot get that for you. It's confidential! You MUST CONTACT PayPal if there is an issue. Check your phone number as well. We have used the call service for over a year and we haven't had any connection problems to date!!
Note: the psychic never sees your phone number, the calls are placed through a call system.
Do you offer "free" minutes as other sites do? Each psychic has their own policy concerning free minutes and clients rewards. Be sure to ask them!
Is my reading confidential? Of course it is, we would have it no other way!!

Is any reading 100% as some psychics claim they are? No, be cautious of anyone claiming to be 100%!! Our psychics are

psychics themselves. Free will and any chosen course of action can
alter your reading result. Keep this in mind while getting your reading.
My psychic asked me for money to remove or cast a spell. What should I do? You should not find any of that behavior on this site. All our psychics are Ethical. Should this happen to you, don't email us but call immediately!
Can I record my session with the psychic? No, you cannot as this is not legal. We suggest a pen and paper to keep notes!
Can my friend or family get a reading at the same time? With your psychics permission, that is allowed. We suggest emailing them first!
