Our agency partner in Ghana is About A Child, a licensed, Hague accredited and 501(c)3 adoption agency. About A Child is our premier agency partner in Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Peru, Panama, Russia, and Ukraine.

Ghana, in West Africa, is a country of 18 million people, over 60 ethnic groups and 52 major languages with hundreds of dialects, although English is primarily spoken. The orphanages are home to 100's of children ranging in age from infants to teenagers. Despite their hardships, these children exude kindness, playfulness and respect – typical of their culture. We are honored to have the opportunity to help shepherd these children to new, loving homes!

At this time, we are still hoping for referred children with Down syndrome.

However, our first referrals are typical, older children who still desperately need families. There are boys and girls and several sibling groups ranging in age from 4 years to 13 years.
