Taiwan, formally called the Republic of China, is Asia's first constitutional republic. This beautiful island is 394 Km long and actually the largest body of land between Japan and the Philippines. Taiwan offers gorgeous mountains, fabulous hot springs, warm tropical summers and short, mild winters. The Taiwanese government offers prospective adoptive families the opportunity to adopt a Taiwanese child in need of a loving home. The birthmothers in Taiwan are actively involved in the adoption process. Each birthmother is given the opportunity to actually choose the adoptive family for her child, although she is not required to do so. Once an adoptive family is selected, the child's medical report and social history will be presented to the prospective adoptive parent(s). Once a referral is accepted, photographs will be provided. Additional paperwork is then completed, returned to Taiwan and the adoption case begins the court process. Typically, the court process takes 4-6 month until completion. The child is ready to come home shortly thereafter.

Chia-Fen Girl, Born July 1, 2006 This precious little one just turned 2 years old. She is HEALTHY, and considered quite high functioning. And what a doll, she is just walking sunshine! Her eyes and smile just light up a room. Hope she finds her family quickly!! Full medical disclosure with many photographs are available. There is significant family and medical history available. Chia-Fen is available for immediate assignment to families with approved home studies for special needs children even if you do not have your I 171 H in hand. Pictures are available by request only. Video footage is also available to seriously interested families. The adoption fee is significantly reduced to help her placement.

Yin-Chiao Girl, 14 months This beautiful little girl is just full of personality and spunk! She does have a PDA and some kidney issues. Shan Lin Girl, Born October 3, 2001 FAMILY MUST BE HOME STUDY READY (OR VERY CLOSE) TO BE CONSIDERED!! Shan Lin is a very bright little girl, who is quite high functioning and very loved! She was abandoned at birth and is still waiting for her "forever family" to find her. Shan Lin is HEALTHY with no heart condition or other medical complications. She is speaking in sign and small words, and will really do very well in a family setting. She has long black hair that she likes to wear in braids! She runs and climbs and plays, she will be a true blessing to any family. Full medical disclosure with many photographs are available. There is significant family and medical history available.
